These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Elite Exterior Services website and the services we provide. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this site, you agree to these Terms. This page is maintained by Elite Exterior Services to describe how we work with our customers and does not constitute legal advice.

1. Services

Elite Exterior Services provides exterior cleaning and junk removal services in Southern California. The scope, price, and schedule of any specific job are set out in the quote or work order we provide before we begin work.

2. Quotes and Estimates

Quotes are based on the information you provide and, when possible, an on-site visit. If actual conditions differ materially (e.g., significantly more debris, unsafe access, hidden damage), we may adjust the price or decline to proceed after discussing it with you.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled by phone, text, or email confirmation.
  • You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a trip fee equal to our minimum service charge.
  • We may reschedule due to unsafe weather (rain, high wind, extreme heat). We'll offer the next available slot.

4. Access & Property Preparation

You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, functional exterior water and electrical outlets (where applicable), and for moving fragile personal items out of the work area before we arrive. Please close windows and doors before service.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, check, Zelle, and Venmo. Past due invoices may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and any collection costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we'll return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, staining that cannot be removed by standard methods, or issues caused by third parties after our service.

7. Limitations of Liability

We take reasonable care on every job and carry general liability insurance. However, you acknowledge that exterior cleaning involves inherent risk, including but not limited to: oxidation exposure on faded paint, revealing pre-existing damage, and reactions between cleaning solutions and unusual surface conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for damage to items that were fragile, improperly installed, previously damaged, or not disclosed to us in advance.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including for gross negligence or willful misconduct).

8. Photos

We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and, if you consent, for marketing. You can opt out at any time by telling us in writing.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the county where the service was performed.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the site or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
